Sync operates strictly as a passive, platform-assisted matching service and data directory. Sync is not an employment agency, headhunter, or labor contractor. We provide the digital venue and data filters to facilitate introductions between independent equestrian professionals ("Talent") and equestrian operations ("Stables"). We do not employ, endorse, or recommend any user, nor do we guarantee that any connection will result in a placement or a successful working relationship.

Any employment agreement, freelance contract, visa sponsorship arrangement, compensation structure, or working condition is negotiated and executed solely and directly between the Stable and the Talent. Sync is a complete stranger to these transactions. We are entirely exempt from, and waive all liability for, disputes arising from:

• Wage or compensation disagreements.
• Workplace conditions, housing adequacy, or personal horse livery terms.
• On-the-job injuries, equine property damage, or veterinary incidents.
• The termination or breach of any subsequent professional relationship.

Our system processes baseline metrics (including but not limited to geographic location, licensing status, and technical competencies) to generate matching recommendations.

No Accuracy Guarantee: Sync does not perform background checks, criminal record verification, or practical horsemanship audits. Stables bear sole responsibility for verifying the qualifications, references, and work rights of any Talent before hiring.

Data Source Liability: Users are entirely responsible for the accuracy and honesty of the information provided in their onboarding surveys.

To facilitate international placements, Sync utilizes automated third-party translation tools (including DeepL) to dynamically translate user-generated content, such as professional descriptions and barn culture text. Sync does not guarantee the linguistic accuracy, contextual appropriateness, or completeness of these machine translations. Users acknowledge that translations are provided strictly for convenience and that the original user text remains the primary reference.

While Sync utilizes specialized database configurations to mask user identities (including names, current employers, and sensitive operational profiles) during the initial matching phase, anonymity relies heavily on the data inputs provided by the user. If a user includes identifying details within open-text fields or if their unique operational metrics allow a third party to infer their identity, Sync shall not be held liable for any loss of privacy, breach of current employment confidentiality, or subsequent career fallout.

Sync reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the platform, survey workflows, or matching algorithms at any time without prior notice or liability to any user.
